I fell in love with sports long before I realized just how important they are to the American culture. I’ve been involved with athletics as long as I can remember. Growing up in a small town in the Midwest there wasn’t a whole lot else to do. As long as I can remember I was playing some sort of sport, everything from little league soccer to varsity football and track. After high school I moved on to play on a collegiate football team. Sports have basically been my life since the very beginning.
Playing sports is one thing, but watching is another. I love watching the competition and comradely that is necessary for a game to become a true sport. Living in the U.S. almost all of us feel this same passion for at least one sport and that’s why I made this blog; I want to share my love of sports with you and get your feedback and opinions in return.
